Whether it's cleaning their room, completing a school assignment, or participating in sports, the effort and dedication they put into each activity shape their character and work ethic.

I’m testing for my black belt this year in ITF taekwondo. When I did my black stripe test the wooden boards I had to break were much thicker than that at 18mm and I had to break through two of them back to back with each technique I did. Why are these ones so thin?

At my dojang, the boards apparently vary person to person 😭. I didn’t realize until my most recent test that my board was nearly double the thickness than my younger sister’s (I’m 15, she’s 12), which is the same thickness some of the really powerful adults get. So this woman in the video is kicking the same board my sister would get essentially

Can confirm. As the parent of a student on the autism spectrum, KOMA Taekwondo has played a CRUCIAL role in my child's development in terms of both discipline and in terms of social growth. I have seen this program work wonders with children with ADHD, and I am very grateful to have a resource like KOMA teaching my children how to adapt to their environment.

True , that's why you should train often with a partner and have him/ her do different counter attacks to you and that will help you figure out how to respond after making a mistake , . Like for exmp . If you get punched , kick or pushed after you spinning hook kick what would you do ? Think about what i said .
